Created for wrestlers in grades 6 through 8, focusing on the transitional stage between youth and high school wrestling.
Middle schoolers train as part of a high-energy team, learning leadership and accountability while forming lasting bonds.
Prepares athletes for the demands of high school wrestling, ensuring they enter ready to compete and win.
Training takes place at Brunson’s MMA & Fitness—surrounded by elite wrestlers, NCAA All-Americans, and UFC legends like Derek Brunson.
Focus on discipline, confidence, and a winning mindset—coaches prepare athletes mentally as well as physically.
Athletes compete in local and state tournaments regularly, gaining valuable mat time and exposure to higher-level competition.
Emphasizes refining technique, building match awareness, and laying the foundation for high-level competition.
