The Elementary Wrestling Program at Port City Pirates introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling in a safe and engaging setting. Through age-appropriate drills, technique training, and live practice, participants will build strength, agility, and confidence. Our experienced coaches focus on developing discipline, teamwork, and a love for the sport while ensuring each child progresses at their own pace. Held at Brunson’s MMA & Fitness—a clean, professional training facility surrounded by elite athletes.

Designed for elementary-aged children, typically ranging from ages 5 to 11, with tailored instruction to match developmental stages.

Athletes train in a fun and supportive team atmosphere where they learn teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.

No prior experience needed—this program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling in a supportive, confidence-building environment.

Led by award-winning coaches with backgrounds in youth development and competitive wrestling.

Focuses on coordination, movement, discipline, and wrestling basics to build a strong athletic foundation.

Parents are encouraged to be part of the journey with progress updates, events, and accessible coaching communication.
